Tevin Coleman Practices In Full Friday
5 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Tevin Coleman (shoulder), linebacker Kwon Alexander (pectoral) and safety Jaquiski Tartt (ribs) all practiced in full on Friday and were taken off the final injury report for the Super Bowl against the Chiefs this Sunday. Coleman dislocated his right shoulder in the NFC Championship, but he'll be available to play in the big game. The question is how many touches he'll receive behind backfield leader Raheem Mostert against KC. There's little question that Mostert will be the guy, but the Niners have both Coleman and Matt Breida if they want to get tricky and mix things up. Alexander played sparingly in the last playoff game but could be asked to do more on Sunday, including trying to slow down Chiefs All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce. Coleman will be a cheap long shot for DFS gamers this weekend.
