Multiple NFL teams have inquired about the trade availability of Minnesota Vikings Pro Bowl defensive end Danielle Hunter, according to sources. The Vikings aren't believed to be actively shopping Hunter, but multiple executives believe he is available due to salary cap issues -- the Vikings are $15.7 million over the cap. Hunter's $18 million roster bonus is due on March 20. The 27-year-old had 48.5 sacks from 2016-19, but he missed all of 2020 with a neck injury and tore his pectoral muscle in Week 8 of the 2021 season. Hunter has a $26.1 million cap hit in 2022, and if he's traded, the Vikings would save $14 million. The two-time Pro Bowler had 38 tackles (23 solo), six tackles for loss, 10 QB hits and six sacks in his seven games last season before his injury.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
