3 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Stephen Strasburg (neck) is throwing another bullpen session on Tuesday, the second time he's done so since his latest trip to the injured list. Strasburg threw a 25-pitch session last Sunday. Washington is being extra cautious with the oft-injured right-hander, which means fantasy managers should expect him to have at least a few minor league rehab starts before he ultimately returns to the starting rotation. The 32-year-old has been out since June 2 with a neck strain, but fantasy managers should sit tight and wait for his return in the second half. He also missed a month earlier this year with a right shoulder injury. It's part of the reason why he has a 4.57 ERA and 1.38 WHIP in 2021 in just five starts.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
