Cincinnati Reds first baseman Spencer Steer is out of the starting lineup ahead of Saturday's game against the Athletics. This appears to be a rest day for Steer who has sat out in three of the last four games. Steer has struggled lately, slashing .200/.333./200 without any home runs or RBI over the last week. In his absence, Sal Stewart will cover first base and bat sixth against right-hander Luis Severino. At this point, Steer is starting to fall off the fantasy radar and is becoming more of a deep league option.--Andy Webb
