According to Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal, he was leading the second-team offense during this period. The rookie fifth-round pick out of Colorado has an opportunity to prove himself in the absence of Kenny Pickett (hamstring), so this could be a promising sign for his development. That said, Flacco remained the clear QB1 on Wednesday, and Sanders seemingly has an uphill battle to see any playing time in 2025.
