5 years agoOakland Athletics starting pitcher Sean Manaea (shoulder) will throw a simulated game in Arizona on Thursday, the final step before going on a minor league rehab assignment. Manaea is worth stashing in most leagues soon after going 12-9 with a 3.59 ERA in 27 starts in 2018, including a no-hitter against the Red Sox. He had surgery to fix a torn labrum in his left shoulder before the season ended. Manaea could be a solid option for fantasy rotations in the second half, so consider adding him now if you need rotation help.
