7 years agoThe New Orleans Saints traded up to select Texas-San Antonio defensive end Marcus Davenport at No. 14 overall in the 2018 NFL draft. It's a bit of a shock, but the Saints definitely needed more defensive line help. Davenport is a great athlete and is a scheme fit for New Orleans' improving defense. He explodes at the point of impact and is a good finisher in the backfield. Cameron Jordan has some extra help now on that line, which should help make him more productive.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
