6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun (hamstring) will start the game on the bench for a second consecutive day when the Brew Crew faces off with Jon Lester and the Cubs Sunday night. Braun was scratched from Saturday's lineup with soreness in his left hamstring, but did strike out in a pinch hit appearance. Seeing as he was able to pinch-hit, consider him sitting as rest and don't worry about any long-term effects with the ailment. Ben Gamel will again start in left and bat seventh versus the southpaw. Gamel is hitting .375 in 16 at-bats against lefties this year, but all six hits are singles, so it's best to stay away from the 26-year-old in DFS.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
