Ross Dwelley Goes For 25 Yards In Week 5 Loss
Ross Dwelley caught both of his passes for 25 yards during a 17-10 Week 5 loss against the Arizona Cardinals. With George Kittle placed on short-term IR for the next three weeks, Sunday was Dwelley's first opportunity to be the featured tight end this season. Unfortunately, the 49ers could not get their passing game going with rookie quarterback Trey Lance, who threw for under 200 yards and an interception. Dwelley should remain off the streaming radar due to the 49ers' run-centric offensive scheme.
