4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians sees a difference in tight end Rob Gronkowski in practice. He isn't stiff, is moving well and "doesn't have a gigantic elbow brace on." Gronk retired in 2018 after another Super Bowl victory because his body was telling him it was done. But perhaps the time off rejuvenated the future Hall of Fame tight end. Gronkowski said he also has a better understanding of his body and is working consistently on prolonging his career by making healthier choices. He said the game felt fast to him in his first few days back, but now it's slowing down. Gronk's fantasy ceiling may be lower than usual with O.J. Howard and Cameron Brate still in the picture, but he'll at least be a low-end TE1 for fantasy owners.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
