Parris Campbell Limited With Achilles Injury
3 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Parris Campbell (Achilles) was limited in practice with an Achilles injury that is more of a lingering issue than something that he suffered in practice on Wednesday. Unless the injury gets worse throughout the week, Campbell is expected to start as the team's No. 3 wideout in Week 1 against the Seattle Seahawks next to Michael Pittman Jr. and Zach Pascal with T.Y. Hilton (neck) out multiple weeks. The speedy 24-year-old has the skills to stick in a starting role when Hilton comes back, but he just needs to stay healthy himself. While Campbell won't be a popular flex option in the season-opener, he has true breakout potential in 2021 and could easily be one of the most attractive waiver-wire pickups early on. The Seahawks defense also allowed a healthy 25.6 fantasy points per game to receivers (10th most) in 2020.
