Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver
Xavier Worthy caught one pass for nine yards in the 27-29 loss to the Chicago Bears. Worthy was targeted once on the third drive of the game, the last drive that the starters played. Worthy is coming off a strong finish to his rookie season and should be considered a key piece of the offense. The 22-year-old has blazing speed and a full year of experience under his belt to build upon. His stock is also set to rise with the eventual suspension of
Rashee Rice, likely coming in the middle of the season. Worthy and
Patrick Mahomes developed some chemistry down the stretch last season, and it will be interesting to see how that carries over. The young speedster proved he can be a big play threat or a chain-mover depending on what the team needs from him, and he should have a strong role this season.

Kareem Hunt had three carries for 15 yards in the 27-29 loss to the Chicago Bears. Hunt tied with
Isiah Pacheco for the most running back carries with the starting offense, but the latter finished with more yards and a touchdown. Hunt is in line to be the RB2 for Kansas City, but the extent of his role is still undetermined. Pacheco took the field with the starters first, but Hunt had a goal-line carry on the first drive. Hunt also received one target compared to none for Pacheco. If Hunt is the passing downs back with goal line opportunities, he could end up being the best fantasy option out of the backfield. This is all just speculation based on preseason usage, but it is an important situation to track once the regular season begins.

Isiah Pacheco found the endzone in the 27-29 loss to the Chicago Bears. Pacheco handled three carries for 21 yards and a touchdown in the game. The hard-nosed runner found paydirt on the Chiefs first drive of the game, punching it in from two yards out. Two of Pacheco's three carries came on the first drive, but his longest run came on the team's third drive. The 26-year-old does appear to be operating as the team's lead back, but the extent of his workload remains to be seen.
Kareem Hunt also handled three carries in this game, including a goal-line opportunity on the first drive. Pacheco appears to be the most valuable Kansas City running back on the roster, but his upside will be capped if Hunt continues to play a sizeable role.

Patrick Mahomes completed eight of his 13 pass attempts (62%) for 143 yards and a touchdown in the 27-29 loss to the Chicago Bears. Mahomes and the starters played the first three drives of this contest and came away with points each time. On their first drive of the game, the Chiefs flipped field position on a defensive pass interference call and ended the drive with an
Isiah Pacheco rushing touchdown. On his second drive, Mahomes connected with
Tyquan Thornton for a 58-yard pass and ended the drive with a field goal. The Chiefs ended their third drive with a passing touchdown from Mahomes to
Rashee Rice. The Chiefs quarterback found Rice on a four-yard out route in the endzone that was timed up perfectly. The Chiefs offense appeared in sync in this contest, and Mahomes looked poised for a bounce-back season.

Philadelphia Eagles running back
Keilan Robinson ran for 23 yards on nine carries in a 19-17 win over the Jets in the third and final week of the preseason. The Philly run game wasn't as slow as last week against the Browns, but it was a low bar to clear for Robinson after a nine-yard performance. The second-year RB has been in a battle for a roster spot throughout this preseason, and after a couple of underwhelming outings, it's hard to see him making the cut with at least four other backs ahead of him on the depth chart. Robinson had no carries last year for the Jaguars and was used only on kick returns. It seems that he will get little to no attention in backfields in 2025, and he is not worth a fantasy draft pick.

Tyson Bagent completed 20 of 28 passes for 212 yards and three touchdowns in the Bears' 29-27 comeback victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. The Bears agreed on a two-year, $10 million extension with the backup quarterback on Wednesday, and then he overcame a two-score deficit in their final preseason game of the season. Bagent led a 10-play, 87-yard game-winning drive with under 90 seconds to go in the game, which ended in a six-yard touchdown to
Jahdae Walker with seven seconds left in the game. Bagent will enter the 2025 season in relief of starting quarterback
Caleb Williams, and he proved he can be productive given the opportunity this preseason.

Terrace Marshall Jr. caught five passes for 51 yards in a 19-17 win over the New York Jets. Marshall led the team in receptions and yards through the air, as well as targets with seven. He also tied for the most targets last week for the Eagles. In Philly's final preseason game Friday, Marshall was the only player with more than 20 receiving yards. The fifth-year wideout is looking for a bounceback season in 2025, after mustering just 41 yards in seven games played last year with the Raiders. It'll be tough for Marshall to get consistent production on a stacked Philadelphia offense, and he isn't worth drafting just yet in fantasy.

Colston Loveland ends his preseason, gathering one catch for four yards in the Bears' 29-27 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. Loveland had his worst game of the preseason, with his fewest receiving yards in a game yet, and an early false start penalty costing the Bears five yards in their opening drive. During the first three drives of the game, Loveland was outsnapped by veteran tight end
Cole Kmet, 14-12. The 2025 10th-overall pick has been a favorite so far for quarterback
Caleb Williams, both in the preseason and in training camp. Loveland will be a significant contributor to the Bears' success later in the season, but starting him in fantasy leagues early in the season is incredibly risky given his current snap count.

The rookie receiver went without a target for the first time this preseason, and also had an unsportsmanlike penalty called on himself. Olamide Zaccheaus hauled in all three of his targets for 37 yards in the Bears' 29-27 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs. Zaccheaus looked good yet again, ending his preseason with 73 yards and a touchdown on five targets, all from starting quarterback
Caleb Williams. Zaccheaus is the projected WR3 for the Bears this season, as he played 14 of 20 snaps with the first-team offense against the Chiefs. The veteran receiver looks to be a focal point in head coach Ben Johnson's offense and could be a solid streamer in fantasy leagues this season.

D.J. Moore caught his lone target for 14 yards in the Bears' 29-27 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs. Moore caught his only pass on a 3rd-and-19, which was completed by quarterback
Caleb Williams. While Moore was quiet tonight, he still played all 20 snaps that the first-team offense was out there and was used more frequently in the slot compared to last week against the Buffalo Bills. There have been some question marks from Chicago beat reporters about how new head coach Ben Johnson is planning to use Moore, and this preseason hasn't answered those. Next time we will see Moore will be in Week 1, when the Bears host the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football.

Odunze was the first-team offense's most targeted receiver tonight for the Bears, with two of his five targets in the endzone, with one resulting in a touchdown from three yards out. Reports are saying that Odunze has been a prolific red zone threat this training camp, and that was on full display tonight. D'Andre Swift looked solid in his first preseason action, carrying the ball seven times for 28 yards, while adding six yards on one reception in the Bears' 29-27 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. The Bears' 2024 starting running back was the workhorse on Friday, playing 19 of the 20 snaps during the Bears' first team reps and totaling eight touches in those 19 snaps. Not only did he have the opportunities, but the six-year veteran looked really good, including an impressive hurdle, as well as picking up two first downs in short-yardage situations. Swift has experience under new head coach Ben Johnson, when he coached in Detroit, where he averaged 11.9 half-PPR fantasy points. With
Roschon Johnson (foot) inactive, it's hard to say precisely how the backfield will shake up, but Friday was an excellent night for Swift.

Rome Odunze snagging a three-yard touchdown with 31 seconds to go until the end of the first half. The second-year quarterback finished his preseason, going 17-of-25 for 220 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions, in just six drives. Williams has looked good in his first game reps under new head coach Ben Johnson, but sputtered against the Chiefs' first-team defense. We will see the former first-overall pick in action in Week 1 when the Bears host the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football.
