Anthony Richardson Heads To The Locker Room
Anthony Richardson (undisclosed) exited Sunday's meeting with the Steelers. The signal-caller took a shot and exited the contest for a few plays before returning. However, he left the game again and headed to the locker room. With Richardson coming off a season-ending shoulder injury from 2023-24, this is concerning for fantasy managers. But there should be an update on his condition soon, although he will finish with 71 yards off 3-for-4 passing, adding three touches for 26 yards if he doesn't return. Joe Flacco will presumably remain under center while Richardson is out of the contest.Source: TV Broadcast
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Alec Pierce Better Left On Benches In Week 4
Alec Pierce reeled in one of his two targets for 44 yards in the team's win over the Chicago Bears in Week 3. Pierce has surprisingly led the way for the Colts' receiver room, racking up 225 yards through the first three weeks. Pierce has been the most successful recipient of deep passes from QB Anthony Richardson and has caught a number of touchdowns in the process. It's unlikely he will retain this success in Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers defense. The Steelers have allowed the fifth-least passing yards and the fourth-least fantasy points to opposing WRs. Given his low target share and reliability on big plays for fantasy production, Pierce is not a strong start this week in most lineups. He is the WR63 in our staff's half-PPR Week 4 rankings.Source: RotoBaller
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Anthony Richardson Not A Strong Start In Week 4

Jonathan Taylor Still An RB1 Despite Tougher Week 4 Matchup
Source: RotoBaller
Indianapolis Colts running back continued his hot start to the season in Week 3, running the ball 23 times for 110 yards and two touchdowns in the team's win. Taylor now gears up for a Week 4 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers have made for a tougher matchup to RBs this season, allowing the third least rushing yards per game at 71.3. On top of that, they've also allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing RBs this season. Despite the tougher matchup, Taylor's volume makes him a worthwhile start in Week 4. Taylor has seen a 90.5% opportunity share, the fourth highest of all RBs, and 51 carries, the ninth most amongst RBs. While he will face a lower ceiling than in weeks past against Pittsburgh's defense, fantasy managers can confidently start Taylor given his high-end usage. He is currently the RB6 in our staff's half-PPR weekly rankings.Michael Pittman Jr. In For A Tough Week 4 Matchup

Adonai Mitchell Puts Up Zeroes In Win
Adonai Mitchell could not reel in his only target of the day in the team's 21-16 win over the Chicago Bears. Mitchell took the biggest hit in snaps with the return of WR Josh Downs, who missed the season's first two games with an ankle injury. Mitchell played on just seven snaps, running two routes, receiving one target. Fantasy managers who were keeping the rookie on their radar will want to make note of the loss of opportunities with the return of Downs. He can remain benched in all formats barring any significant changes in playing time moving forward.Source: ESPN
Indianapolis Colts rookie wide receiver Trey Sermon Finds End Zone In Win
Trey Sermon ran the ball two times for 16 yards and a touchdown in the team's win over the Chicago Bears. Sermon was out-touched by RB Jonathan Taylor 23-2, but he did receive a carry on the goal line, and he was able to punch in for a touchdown. It's clear that Taylor is the only fantasy-viable running back in this offense given the current splits in usage, but it is worth noting that Sermon has been the only back outside Taylor to see touches on the season. Fantasy managers with Taylor on their roster should look to ensure they are rostering Sermon in the event of injury. Aside from that, Sermon is off the radar in the team's upcoming Week 4 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.Source: ESPN

Michael Pittman Jr. Quiet Again In Win
Michael Pittman Jr. caught four of his five targets for 36 yards in the team's 21-16 win against the Chicago Bears. While Pittman has retained his elite target share in this offense, the team's lack of production through the air has continued to hurt his fantasy production. Pittman led the team in snaps with 47, was tied with WR Alec Pierce for most routes run with 20, and tied with WR Josh Downs for most targets with five. Pittman and the Colts now gear up for a Week 4 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, a defense that has allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points to opposing receivers in the young season. Given his lack of production thus far paired with a tougher matchup, fantasy managers can view Pittman as a WR3/4 option in Week 4.Source: ESPN
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce Leads Way For Colts In Win
Alec Pierce caught one of his two targets for 44 yards in the team's 21-16 win against the Chicago Bears. Pierce's 44-yard grab from QB Anthony Richardson came in the second quarter and was the team's longest play from scrimmage. The third-year receiver has been the most productive pass-catcher for the Colts this season but fell behind Michael Pittman Jr. and Josh Downs in targets on Sunday. While Pierce has put together a string of productive games for Indy, the Colts' passing offense under Richardson remains inconsistent and underwhelming in terms of volume. The Colts now gear up for a Week 4 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, a team that's allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points to opposing receivers this season. With his lack of a floor and a tougher matchup, fantasy managers should look elsewhere for a WR3/Flex option next week.Source: ESPN

Laiatu Latu Active For Week 3 Against Chicago
Caleb Williams. Through limited snaps in two weeks so far, Latu has one tackle and one fumble recovery.Source: Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts defensive end Laiatu Latu (hip) is officially active for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears. He had been listed as questionable after logging a limited practice on Friday. It seemed like Latu was a true game-time decision, but in the end, the rookie is suiting up. He'll be tasked with wreaking havoc for fellow first-round pick Michael Pittman Jr. Suiting Up Versus Bears
Michael Pittman Jr. (back, calf) is officially active for Week 3 against the Chicago Bears. A late addition to the injury report, Pittman is ultimately able to suit up as the Colts continue to fight for their first win of the season. He's been somewhat underwhelming in fantasy football this year, converting 15 targets into just seven catches for 52 yards and zero touchdowns. The 26-year-old is a mid-range WR3/FLEX play this weekend.Source: Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. Anticipated To Play In Week 3
Michael Pittman Jr. (back, calf) is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Bears. The wideout didn't practice on Friday and currently holds a questionable tag. However, all signs are pointing toward his availability for Week 3. Pittman has gotten off to a slow start this season, catching seven of his 15 targets for 52 yards in the Colts' first two contests. Without question, his ceiling is higher than most. Still, his outlook versus Chicago isn't as promising, considering the injuries could limit his abilities on the field. Although fantasy managers can keep Pittman in the starting lineup, nobody can blame anyone for playing it safe by keeping him on the bench.Source: Adam Schefter
