Rasheen Ali Collects 62 Yards on the Ground
Rasheen Ali saw the most work out of the backfield on Saturday in the win over the Dallas Cowboys. The second year back out of Marshall finished with 62 yards on 19 carries and one catch for 10 yards on two targets. While it wasn't the most efficient game, Ali showed some good bursts of speed here and there. Unfortunately, for his case, D'Ernest Johnson had one fewer yard on eight fewer carries and even scored a touchdown. Ali now has 99 yards and one touchdown on 28 carries through two preseason games. He will have one more game to stake his claim for the RB3 spot against the Washington Commanders.Source: ESPN
Baltimore Ravens running back Tyler Warren Hauls in 25-Yard Pass in Preseason Loss
Tyler Warren caught one of his three targets for a 25-yard gain in a 23-19 preseason loss to the Green Bay Packers on Saturday. Warren continues to look sharp for the Colts after they used the No. 14 overall pick in the draft to select him. He has now caught four of his seven targets for 65 yards through two preseason games. Warren is worth a look as a low-end TE1 in fantasy drafts as the regular season approaches.Source: NFL.com

Michael Pittman Jr. Goes for 31 Yards in Preseason Action
Michael Pittman Jr. caught two of his three targets for 31 yards in a 23-19 preseason loss to the Green Bay Packers. Making his preseason debut after resting last week against the Baltimore Ravens, Pittman finished second on the Colts in receiving yards in the loss. Pittman played through a back injury that limited his production in 2024, but he is fully healthy now. He is on the radar in fantasy as a WR4 with upside heading into the 2025 season.Source: NFL.com
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Jonathan Taylor Runs for Nine Yards in Preseason Loss to Packers
Jonathan Taylor carried the ball once for nine yards and was not targeted in the passing game in a 23-19 preseason loss to the Green Bay Packers on Saturday. Taylor got the start and looked good on his lone carry before calling it a day in the close loss to Green Bay. The veteran running back has little to prove in preseason action as he is locked into a workhorse role for the Colts as the regular season approaches. Taylor sets up as a solid RB1 in fantasy leagues, with durability his main red flag as he's missed 10 games over the past two seasons. He is unlikely to play in the Colts' preseason finale against the Cincinnati Bengals as he turns his eyes toward getting ready for the Miami Dolphins in Week 1.Source: NFL.com

Daniel Jones Throws for 101 Yards in Preseason Contest
Daniel Jones completed seven of his 11 passes for 101 yards in a 23-19 preseason loss to the Green Bay Packers on Saturday. Jones got the start and played the entire first quarter, although he was unable to lead the Colts on any scoring drives in the contest. He then stepped aside as the Colts turned to Anthony Richardson Sr. in the second quarter. The two signal-callers have been locked in a preseason battle to be the team's starting quarterback in Week 1 in what has appeared to be a close competition thus far. It appears that the team may be ready to name the winner soon, as head coach Shane Steichen told reporters after the game that he's "very close" to naming his Week 1 starter. If Jones ends up getting the call, he would set up as a high-end QB3 for fantasy purposes.Source: NFL.com
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. Throws for 73 Yards in Preseason Loss
Anthony Richardson Sr. completed six of his 11 passes for 73 yards and added a nine-yard rush in a 23-19 preseason loss to the Green Bay Packers on Saturday. Richardson relieved Daniel Jones and played most of the second quarter, leading the Colts on a 90-yard drive that culminated with a Tyler Goodson three-yard touchdown run. Richardson and Jones are still locked into a preseason battle for the Colts' QB1 role, but it appears that they won't have to wait much longer. After the game, head coach Shane Steichen told reporters that he's "very close" to naming his starting quarterback. The Colts' preseason finale comes against the Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday. Richardson would set up as an upside QB2 in fantasy drafts if he emerges from camp as Indy's starter.Source: NFL.com

Diontae Johnson Catches One Pass in Preseason Action
Diontae Johnson caught one of his three targets for a seven-yard gain in a 22-13 preseason win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday. Johnson got the start for the Browns and was able to haul in a seven-yard pass on the team's first drive of the game, helping lead to a four-yard Ahmani Marshall touchdown run. The veteran wideout fared better than he did in the team's preseason opener last week, where he was unable to corral either of his two targets. Johnson and Jamari Thrash appear to be locked into a battle for the team's WR3 job behind Jerry Jeudy and Cedric Tillman. He will look to separate himself from Thrash next week in Cleveland's preseason finale against the Los Angeles Rams.Source: NFL.com
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman Catches One Pass in Preseason Win
Cedric Tillman caught his lone target for an 18-yard gain in a 22-13 preseason win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday. Tillman got the start and played for a short time after he did not suit up for the team's preseason opener against the Carolina Panthers last week. The third-year wideout hauled in his lone target on the Browns' second drive of the game. Tillman had some big weeks late in the 2024 season before a concussion ended his year early, but he still holds plenty of fantasy value as a sleeper in a Cleveland receiver room that is wide open behind Jerry Jeudy. He's worth a look as a dart throw WR6 late in fantasy drafts later this summer.Source: NFL.com
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Pierre Strong Jr. Rushes for 89 Yards in Preseason Win
Pierre Strong Jr. carried the ball 13 times for 89 yards and caught four of his five targets for 10 yards in a 22-13 preseason win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday. With Jerome Ford inactive, Strong got the start and led the team in rushing in the game. He made a good impression as he averaged 6.8 yards per carry, including a 54-yard run that he ripped off early in the fourth quarter. Strong is fighting for a depth role behind Ford and Dylan Sampson as the Browns near their preseason finale against the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday.Source: NFL.com

Dillon Gabriel Turns in Mixed Performance Saturday
Dillon Gabriel completed 13 of his 18 passes for 143 yards and an interception in a 22-13 preseason win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday. Gabriel also rushed twice for one yard and lost a fumble in the win. The rookie signal-caller got off to a fast start, completing eight of his nine pass attempts in the first quarter before cooling off in the second. Gabriel led a touchdown drive and two field-goal drives during his half of play, but his interception was ugly as he threw a 75-yard pick-six early in the second quarter. Gabriel, who missed last week's preseason opener with a hamstring injury, will look to continue to compete to open the regular season as the Browns' starting quarterback. The team's preseason finale comes against the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday.Source: NFL.com
