It was initially uncertain whether Highsmith would feature against Philadelphia, as he was considered questionable for the game. But the 28-year-old has been cleared to play and will fill in for
Bam Adebayo (back) in the first unit. In previous starts this season, Highsmith has posted 6.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.0 steals per game. Even as a starter, Highsmith is not an attractive fantasy option.

Kyle Lowry (hip) will be active for Monday's matchup against the Miami Heat. The veteran floor general, who recently turned 39, will make only his second appearance since Feb. 9. Lowry has been managing a right hip injury for several weeks. When he returned from a 23-game absence last Tuesday against the New York Knicks, Lowry finished scoreless across 16 minutes of action, dishing out two assists while picking up two steals and one block. His role is expected to remain minimal on Monday evening.
