Falcons "Could be Enticed" to Trade Kyle Pitts
Kyle Pitts (foot) has been sitting out of voluntary organized team activities this spring with a muscle strain in his foot. Reports surfaced this offseason that teams have approached the Falcons about trading for Pitts. ESPN's Adam Schefter doesn't think the Falcons are looking to trade the 24-year-old former first-rounder, but they aren't turning away calls, either. Schefter goes on to say that if another team offers enough for Pitts, that the Falcons "could be enticed" to trade him. Complicating matters is the fact that he's due $11 million 2025, and there might not be many teams lining up to give both the Falcons and Pitts what they want as he heads into the final year of his deal. Pitts' fantasy stock has been falling since his impressive rookie season, and an offseason injury and trade speculation don't do anything to help that. Until further notice, he's dropped to high-end TE2 status.Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter
Atlanta Falcons tight end Sam LaPorta Standing Out During Offseason Workouts
Sam LaPorta has been a standout during voluntary organized team activities this offseason. Campbell also praised plenty of other Lions players, but LaPorta is a notable one after he took a step back in Year 2 in 2024 with a 60-726-7 line in 16 regular-season starts. As a Pro Bowler in his rookie campaign, the 24-year-old went for 86 receptions on 120 targets for 889 yards and 10 touchdowns in 17 regular-season games (14 starts). The former second-rounder (34th overall) in 2023 out of Iowa finished the year better, but there are just a lot of mouths to feed in Detroit's offense. The Lions will be run by new offensive coordinator John Morton in 2025, but LaPorta should still be a go-to red zone target for quarterback Jared Goff as a high-end TE1.Source: The Athletic - Colton Pouncy
Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell said that tight end Michael Pittman Jr. Leaves Practice With Injury on Thursday
Michael Pittman Jr. (undisclosed) got tangled up while running a route during OTA practice on Thursday and went down, according to The Athletic's James Boyd. Pittman got up, limped off the field and didn't return to practice. It's unclear how serious Pittman's injury is right now, but we should know more before the team begins mandatory minicamp next week. It's worth noting that the 27-year-old played through a small fracture in his back for much of last year, though. The Colts' bad quarterback situation didn't help Pittman's cause, and he finished with a disappointing 69-808-3 line in 16 games played. Pittman's best bet for a resurgence in 2025 will be with better health and probably with Daniel Jones winning the QB competition. The addition of rookie tight end Tyler Warren won't help Pittman's volume concerns.Source: The Athletic - James Boyd
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Aaron Rodgers Officially Signing with Steelers on Friday
Aaron Rodgers on Friday, according to NFL insider Tom Pelissero. The 41-year-old has been rumored to land with the Steelers all offseason, and the deal is finally getting done. The four-time MVP's stint with the New York Jets did not go as planned, as he suffered a torn Achilles in his first game with the franchise before posting a 5-12 record in 2024. His counting stats (3,897 yards, 28 touchdowns, 11 interceptions) were solid, but he looked like a shell of his former self at times a season ago. Despite that, he's a better option at quarterback than Mason Rudolph and Will Howard, so the Steelers are bringing him in on a one-year deal. His fantasy upside is limited in what will likely be a run-heavy offense, and the Steelers are lacking weaponry behind wideout DK Metcalf.Source: Tom Pelissero
The Pittsburgh Steelers are set to sign free-agent quarterback Eagles Sign Rookie Wide Receiver Ife Adeyi
Ife Adeyi on Thursday, the team announced on its official website. Adeyi participated in the team's rookie minicamp after going undrafted and is now with the team for offseason activities. At Sam Houston State, he caught 164 passes for 2,312 yards and 19 receiving touchdowns. He should be considered a long shot to make the team's 53-man roster, as the organization currently has 13 wideouts on the offseason roster. Unless reports come out suggesting he has a chance to make the team, he can be ignored in all fantasy football formats.Source: PhiladelphiaEagles.com
The Philadelphia Eagles signed undrafted free-agent rookie wide receiver Tyleik Williams Held Out of Practice this Week
Source: NFL.com
Detroit Lions defensive tackle Tyleik Williams (undisclosed) has not practiced this week as he deals with an injury. The Ohio State product suffered a hamstring injury at his March 26 Pro Day, but head coach Dan Campbell did not specify if it was the same injury he is rehabbing now. "These rookies, we're trying to get them right before they get out for summer, and we bring them back," Campbell said. "We went them ready and healthy to go, full speed for training camp." It sounds as if Campbell is not worried about his availability later this offseason. Williams, the No. 28 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, registered 136 tackles (56 solo), 28 tackles for loss, and 11.5 sacks in 51 career collegiate games. He is expected to be a starter eventually, but he could begin his career as a rotational piece on the interior along with Alim McNeill and DJ Reeder.DJ Giddens Could Be Regular Contributor for Colts
DJ Giddens will likely have the opportunity to win the RB2 job, and he could earn a weekly role on offense if he proves capable in the pass-blocking and pass-catching game, according to team reporter Jake Arthur. "Giddens may carve out some sort of role regardless of what's going on ahead of him with Jonathan Taylor and/or Khalil Herbert," Arthur wrote. "The Colts really like Giddens." The Kansas State product was the No. 151 overall pick (fifth-round) in the 2025 NFL Draft after posting 2,469 rushing yards, 581 receiving yards, and 21 total touchdowns over his final two collegiate seasons. He'll be competing with Herbert and Tyler Goodson to earn a spot behind Jonathan Taylor. For now, he's a late-round handcuff stash in deeper fantasy football leagues, but he's worth monitoring early in his first professional campaign.Source: Jake Arthur

Amon-Ra St. Brown Undergoes Knee Surgery This Offseason
Amon-Ra St. Brown (knee) underwent a cleanup procedure on his knee following the 2024 campaign but is expected to be ready for training camp. While it's never encouraging to hear about a player going under the knife, this procedure is a minor one and should not impact his ability in 2025. Over the last three seasons, St. Brown has averaged 113.3 receptions, 1,313 receiving yards, and 9.3 receiving touchdowns. Assuming he doesn't suffer any setbacks, the USC product remains a clear WR1 in fantasy football. Although offensive coordinator Ben Johnson is gone, he should remain the target hog in Detroit's offense.Source: Tim Twentyman

Terry McLaurin Frustrated With Extension Talks, Leaves Voluntary Workouts
Terry McLaurin has made it clear to the team that he's frustrated with the lack of progress on a potential long-term contract extension, sources tell FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. After initially attending voluntary organized team activities, McLaurin unexpectedly left the workouts, and it remains to be seen whether he'll report for mandatory minicamp this month. Talks have been minimal on an extension with the 29-year-old heading into the final year of his three-year, $68.2 million contract. Schultz write that it's a surprise that Washington hasn't prioritized a new deal for McLaurin so that he can continue developing chemistry with second-year quarterback Jayden Daniels. McLaurin's fantasy stock is on the rise after an 82-1,096-13 line in 17 regular-season games with Daniels in 2024, but a lengthy holdout could negatively impact his start to the 2025 campaign. Stay tuned.Source: FOX Sports - Jordan Schultz
Washington Commanders All-Pro wide receiver Malcolm Rodriguez Not Expected to Return Until November
Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter
Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell said that linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez (knee) isn't expected to return from his knee injury until November. Rodriguez made it through 10 games (six starts) for Detroit in 2024 in his third year in the league before tearing his ACL against the Chicago Bears and going on season-ending Injured Reserve. Before the serious knee injury, the 26-year-old had 43 tackles (27 solo), two sacks, and a fumble recovery. With Rodriguez's injury coming late in the season, he's not going to be ready for the start of the 2025 campaign and will just be hoping to rejoin the club in the second half of the season. Rodriguez has a total of 151 tackles (102 solo), three sacks, 10 tackles for loss, five QB hits, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in his three NFL seasons and will remain off the IDP fantasy radar.Jahmyr Gibbs Standing Out This Spring
Jahmyr Gibbs has stood out this spring during voluntary organized team activities. This news really shouldn't surprise anyone. Gibbs, who was taken 12th overall in the 2023 NFL draft, has made the Pro Bowl in each of his two NFL seasons and took a step forward in 2024 with 250 rushing attempts, 1,412 rushing yards and a league-leading 16 rushing touchdowns, adding 52 receptions for the second straight season, 517 receiving yards and four receiving TDs in 17 regular-season games (four starts). Gibbs' increased production had a lot to do with David Montgomery missing time with a knee injury, but even with a healthy Montgomery stealing touches away from Gibbs in Detroit's backfield, the 23-year-old is so explosive and efficient that he'll remain a high-end RB1 in fantasy.Source: DetroitLions.com - Tim Twentyman
