Julian Marquez suffered a first-round TKO loss to Cody Brundage in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 103 on Saturday. After trading heavy shots from the outset, with both fighters having their moments, Brundage landed an upercut that hurt Marquez. Brundage followed up with ground-and-pound, finishing Marquez with 15 seconds remaining in the first round. In 4:45 of action, Marquez landed 37 significant strikes. Cody Brundage got back in the win column by defeating Julian Marquez via first-round TKO in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 103. Brundage was badly hurt by Marquez toward the end of the opening round, but Brundage was able to turn things around. Not long after that, Brundage landed an upercut that hurt Marquez.
