Edmonton Oilers winger Viktor Arvidsson is projected to be a healthy scratch on Monday in Game 4 against the Vegas Golden Knights. He has had limited ice time in recent games, and Oilers head coach Kris Knoblauch plans to shake things up on Monday night, with Kasperi Kapanen entering the lineup for his first taste of postseason action this year. In terms of scoring, Arvidsson has performed reasonably well in the playoffs, registering four points (one goal, three assists) in nine games, but Kapanen will add much more physicality to the lineup. He averaged 1.3 hits per game during the regular season, while scoring five goals and delivering eight assists in 57 contests.--Taavi PailkSource: Sportsnet

Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Brayden McNabb (upper body) missed the morning skate but is expected to be in the lineup on Monday against the Edmonton Oilers. Golden Knights head coach Bruce Cassidy indicated that it was a maintenance day for McNabb. The 34-year-old sustained an upper-body injury in Game 2 against the Oilers and was initially ruled out for Saturday's Game 3. However, McNabb was able to play and even contributed an assist in Vegas' 4-3 win. This brings his total to four assists in the postseason, and he has been a very busy man on the defensive end. With nine games played, McNabb has recorded 23 blocks and 26 hits.--Taavi PailkSource: Danny Webster

Vegas Golden Knights right wing Mark Stone (upper body) is a game-time decision for Monday's matchup against the Edmonton Oilers. The Golden Knights lost their captain to an upper-body injury in Saturday's Game 3, but there is a strong chance he will be in the lineup on Monday night. Stone worked in his usual spot on the top line and the first power-play unit during the morning skate. This postseason, only Jack Eichel has collected more points with Vegas than Stone, who has notched four goals and four assists in nine contests. He has tallied four points (two goals, two assists) in three games in the series against the Oilers.--Taavi PailkSource: Danny Webster

Florida Panthers forward Evan Rodrigues (undisclosed) will undergo evaluation on Monday. The 31-year-old was injured in Sunday's Game 4 against the Toronto Maple Leafs, exiting the contest early in the third period after taking a high hit from Maple Leafs defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson. Rodrigues' early departure on Sunday leaves him questionable for Game 5 on Wednesday night. He has recorded three assists and 16 shots on goal in nine playoff games this year. If Rodrigues isn't healthy enough to play on Wednesday, Mackie Samoskevich is likely to re-enter the lineup. The rookie forward has notched one assist with six shots in four postseason outings.--Taavi PailkSource: Sportsnet

Florida Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky registered his second shutout of the postseason in Sunday's clash against the Toronto Maple Leafs, stopping 23 shots in a 2-0 victory. After allowing 13 goals through the first three games of the matchup, Bobrovsky was back to his best as Florida tied the series 2-2. The veteran netminder improved to 6-3 for the playoffs and owns a 2.62 goals-against average with a .888 save percentage. Bobrovsky sent the Maple Leafs back to the drawing board on Sunday, but they will surely improve in Game 5 on home ice. Craig Berube's team has scored three or more goals in four of their five home games this postseason.--Taavi PailkSource: ESPN

Winnipeg Jets left wing Kyle Connor scored his team's first goal in Sunday's 5-2 loss against the Dallas Stars. He was on target midway through the first period, tying the score at one. Nino Niederreiter popped up with another game-tying goal in the second frame, but the Jets were overwhelmed in the third. Connor returned to the score sheet after finishing back-to-back games without a point. It was a small setback for him during a highly productive postseason. The 28-year-old leads the Jets with 13 points (five goals, eight assists) in 10 games.--Taavi PailkSource: ESPN

Dallas Stars defenseman Thomas Harley recorded a goal and an assist in Sunday's 5-2 win in Game 3 against the Winnipeg Jets. Both of his points came in the first frame as Roope Hintz scored a power-play goal and Harley himself found the back of the net during even-strength play. Harley's efforts included two blocks over 24:38 of ice time. Dallas has been without Miro Heiskanen (knee) for the entire postseason, but you wouldn't say so, considering how well the team has performed. Harley has played a big role in it, notching eight points (three goals, five assists) in 10 games with 20 shots, 27 blocks, and 14 hits, while averaging a team-high 27:28 of ice time.--Taavi PailkSource: ESPN

Dallas Stars forward Mikael Granlund finished Sunday's 5-2 victory over the Winnipeg Jets with two assists. Thomas Harley and Mikko Rantanen were each set up by Granlund in the first and third periods, respectively. These mark his first even-strength helpers of the playoffs. While Granlund played an important role in Sunday's win, his overall efforts have been underwhelming in the postseason, especially considering he has been on the same line with the scorching-hot Rantanen. The 33-year-old has recorded only four points (one goal, three assists) in 10 games. Granlund has had three 60-point regular-season campaigns over the past four years, so he is certainly capable of much more on the offensive end.--Taavi PailkSource: ESPN

Dallas Stars winger Mikko Rantanen was spectacular once again as the team defeated the Winnipeg Jets 5-2 on Sunday in Game 3 of the second-round series. The Finnish superstar recorded a goal and two assists, becoming the first player in NHL history with five three-point games within his first 10 contests in a postseason. Rantanen earned two of his points early in the third period with the score tied at two. Despite being held scoreless in Game 2, Rantanen has averaged nearly two points per game in the playoffs, accumulating nine goals and nine assists in 10 outings. No player in Stars/North Stars history has scored more points than Rantanen in the first 10 appearances of a single playoff campaign.--Taavi PailkSource: ESPN

Carolina Hurricanes left wing Jordan Martinook (undisclosed) is expected to play in Monday's Game 4 against the Washington Capitals. The 32-year-old power forward appeared to have suffered a leg injury during Saturday's 4-0 victory. He exited the action midway through the third period after blocking a shot. Martinook plays an effective two-way game and has enjoyed a big year all around. During the regular season, Martinook registered a career-high 36 points (15 goals, 21 assists) in 79 games. He has added four points (one goal, three assists) in eight playoff outings, while delivering 34 hits.--Taavi PailkSource: Chip Alexander

Edmonton Oilers goaltender Stuart Skinner has been confirmed as the starter for Game 4 against the Vegas Golden Knights on Monday. He will guard the crease for the second consecutive game after Edmonton lost Calvin Pickard (lower body). The Oilers consider Pickard day-to-day, so he may return to action later in the series, especially if Skinner continues to struggle. He holds a 0-3 record for the postseason, allowing 15 goals over his three appearances. His save percentage stands at .817. Given Skinner's poor form, Pickard's return can't come soon enough for Edmonton. While he has also struggled at times to keep the puck out of the net, Pickard boasts a perfect 6-0 record for the playoffs.--Taavi PailkSource: NHL.com

Vegas Golden Knights right wing Mark Stone (upper body) has not been ruled out for Monday's Game 4 against the Edmonton Oilers. Stone left the contest with an upper-body injury when the two teams faced off for the third time in the second-round series on Saturday. He didn't skate on Sunday, but Golden Knights head coach Bruce Cassidy told reporters that he's hopeful Stone will be available for Monday's game. The Golden Knights captain leads his team with four goals this postseason and ranks second with eight points in nine games.--Taavi PailkSource: Jesse Granger

Florida Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky will make his ninth start of the postseason in Sunday's Game 4 against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The two-time Vezina Trophy winner holds a solid 5-3 record for the playoffs, but Bobrovsky can't be happy with his most recent outings. Friday's 5-4 overtime win against the Maple Leafs marked Bobrovsky's fourth consecutive start in which he has allowed at least three goals. In the series versus Toronto, the experienced netminder has given up four or more goals in each game. Overall, Bobrovsky has a 2.94 goals-against average for the postseason and has registered a disappointing .875 save percentage.--Taavi PailkSource: Colby Guy

Winnipeg Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck will start Sunday's Game 3 against the Dallas Stars, still winless on the road this postseason. He had a really difficult time in the first-round series versus the St. Louis Blues, being pulled in all three road games and finishing with a .758 save percentage. Winnipeg needs to see big improvement from Hellebuyck in away games if the team wants to have a realistic chance of winning the Stanley Cup. Sunday will be a big test for the MVP candidate. Hellebuyck, at least, has good memories from his last trip to Dallas, coming away with a 25-save shutout in one of his final regular-season appearances.--Taavi PailkSource: Mitchell Clinton

Dallas Stars center Colin Blackwell will re-enter the lineup on Sunday against the Winnipeg Jets. This will be his first appearance in the series. Oskar Back, who has tallied two assists in eight postseason appearances, will make way for Blackwell. The Stars used Blackwell in six games during the first round versus the Colorado Avalanche. He scored the winning goal in a 4-3 overtime triumph in Game 2 and racked up 18 hits in the matchup. Stars head coach Pete DeBoer hopes that Blackwell can once again add energy and physicality to the lineup on Sunday.--Taavi PailkSource: Sam Nestler
