Otto Kemp Blasts Home Run No. 11 on Tuesday
Otto Kemp went 2-for-3 with two walks, two RBI, a stolen base, and his 11th home run of the season for Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Tuesday. The 11 home runs lead all players in the International League, and his 39 RBI are just one behind Boston's Marcelo Mayer. The Phils' 24th-ranked prospect has been hitting the ball well all season, and now owns a superb .329/.435/.624 slash line. The 25-year-old appears to be on the precipice of a major league debut, and with his ability to hit the long ball, he could have a fantasy impact hitting alongside the likes of Bryce Harper, Kyle Schwarber, Trea Turner, and company, so managers looking for a potential offensive boost should consider stashing the right-handed slugger ahead of a call-up.
