Odubel Herrera Exits With Hamstring Injury
Odubel Herrera left the game early on Wednesday with a hamstring injury. He was replaced by Aaron Altherr. Roman Quinn has been on a rehab assignment at Triple-A Lehigh Valley, but he could be activated if Herrera's injury is serious enough to send him to the injured list. Herrera had a single and a strikeout in his two plate appearances on Wednesday and is hitting .270 with four doubles, a homer and seven RBI in 69 plate appearances in 2019. Altherr and Nick Williams could split time in center field if Herrera is forced to miss some time. Stay tuned for more details on Herrera's injury.
