"He's 100 percent and looking really good" following sports hernia surgery. Cleveland's offense was dysfunctional last year, mainly because of a poor offensive line, but OBJ was also playing through injury for most of the year, which contributed to his disappointing season. Beckham's fantasy cost will come down as a result -- you can grab him as more of a low-end WR1 in 2020 -- but he still has league-winning upside if he gains more chemistry with quarterback Baker Mayfield and stays healthy all year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
