Nick Emmanwori made our IDP Sleepers list last summer because he was a perfect physical match for what the Seahawks do. Despite missing nearly all of Seattle's first four games due to injury, the rookie finished as DB11 in Standard IDP Scoring points per game. If you were to take out his Week 1 game, in which he played just four snaps, the former Gamecock was DB5 in ppg. This production is repeatable too, if Seattle doesn't change how they use him. The rookie spent 50.4% of his snaps in the box or along the defensive line last year, which allowed him to log eight regular season games with 6+ tackles, while his usage in the slot on 47.9% of his snaps helped him nearly average a full PD per game. Given that Emmanwori was considered a raw rookie coming out and he was hurt in Week 1, it is fair to expect the South Carolina alum to continue to improve. With the DB pool always a shallow one in fantasy, Emmanwori's combination of physical projection, scheme fit, rookie-year production, and upside at a thin position make him the most valuable defender in fantasy.--Chris Gregory - RotoBaller
