Ben Roethlisberger Pleased With His Progress
4 years agoPittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said that quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (elbow) has been pleased with his progress. "He's comfortable and pleased where he is. Some people who had the opportunity to work with him are impressed and pleased where he is. The medical experts are comfortable where he is and his readiness for 2020," Tomlin said. Big Ben has had positive reports on his rehab from season-ending elbow surgery last year, but there is plenty of concern surrounding the 38-year-old's health heading into the 2020 season. He put up big numbers in 2018 but is often dealing with some sort of injury along the way. Roethlisberger can have big weeks here and there in the right matchups, but you shouldn't be relying on him as your weekly QB1.
