Miguel Rojas Getting A Breather On Wednesday
4 years agoMiami Marlins shortstop Miguel Rojas is getting the day off on Wednesday as the team faces Aaron Nola and the Philadelphia Phillies. Jose Devers is taking over at shortstop and batting eighth in the game. Rojas was removed from Monday's game after being hit by a pitch, but the move was just a precaution, according to Marlins manager Don Mattingly. Rojas played a full game on Tuesday, going 0-for-3 with a walk and a strikeout. Through 45 games this year, Rojas has a .277/.355/.440 slash line with three home runs, four stolen bases, 32 runs and 16 RBI.
