Michael Brantley Hitting .325 At Minute Maid Park
6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Michael Brantley and Co. will open up an interleague series against the Brewers on Tuesday night. Brantley has cooled off at the plate lately, slashing only .233/.303/.300 over his last seven games but has a great shot to turn it around at home. The free agent acquisition has enjoyed his new home surroundings this season, slashing .325/.377/.542 at Minute Maid Park with six home runs, eight doubles and 17 runs batted in through 31 games. He has been even more dangerous hitting during night games, slashing .349/.415/.548 once the sun goes down. Fantasy owners should feel at ease deploying Brantley into lineups for Tuesday's action.
