11 months agoNew York Islanders forward Mathew Barzal recorded two assists as new head coach Patrick Roy made a winning start with the team on Sunday against Dallas. Barzal helped Alexander Romanov to open the scoring with less than three minutes played, and he set up Bo Horvat for a 3-2 game-winner with only 41 seconds gone in overtime. It's the 10th game of the season with multiple assists for the talented playmaker. Barzal has had 36 assists in total for the season while adding 12 goals in 45 appearances.
