8/8:Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Marcus Stroman (finger) is confident that he can manage the blister that developed during his start on Tuesday and said, "I won't be missing my next start." He was pulled from the game after giving up just two hits and an unearned run while walking three and fanning four in seven strong innings against the Red Sox. It's an encouraging outing for Stroman, who has been better since he returned from the disabled list at the end of June. He's worth running with in his next start this weekend against the Rays.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
