Le'Veon Bell, Sammy Watkins Questionable For Super Bowl
4 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Le'Veon Bell (knee), wide receiver Sammy Watkins (calf) and cornerbacks Rashad Fenton (foot) and L'Jarius Sneed (concussion) are listed as questionable for the Super Bowl against the Buccaneers. Bell and Watkins didn't practice on Friday after being limited in practice earlier in the week. However, both players are expected to play on Feb. 7 with another full week to recover from their injuries. Bell had just two carries for six yards in the Divisional Round win over the Browns, but he didn't play in the AFC Championship and will be a poor DFS choice behind rookie Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Darrel Williams against Tampa. Watkins hasn't played since Week 16 of the regular season and will similarly be a weak roll of the dice in fantasy formats if he's active on Super Sunday. Mecole Hardman is a much better boom-or-bust option in KC's high-scoring offense.
