Laviska Shenault Jr. Back On The Practice Field
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. (foot, shoulder) put in a limited practice session on Thursday after he wasn't seen at all on Wednesday. Shenault has put himself on track to play this weekend against the New York Jets if he can avoid a setback in Friday's practice. Rolling with Jaguars pass-catchers this year has been an unenviable position for fantasy managers. The Jags are in a better place with former head coach Urban Meyer no longer around, but their offense will continue to struggle with rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Jacksonville's offense has a shot to be more productive against the Jets this weekend, though, but Shenault is a WR4/5, at best. The 23-year-old has seen a healthy amount of targets this year but hasn't able to do much with them (9.7 yards per catch). Oh, and he's also searching for his first touchdown.
