Lamar Jackson Misses Practice Again Thursday
3 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) missed practice yet again on Thursday, making it more likely that backup Tyler Huntley makes his second straight start in Week 16 against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Jackson suffered a sprained ankle in Week 14 and has yet to practice since. He still has one more day in which to improve, but he's currently on the wrong side of questionable. Fantasy managers must once again have a backup plan in place for this weekend. Huntley went 28-for-40 for 215 yards and two touchdowns and added 73 rushing yards and another two scores in the loss to the Green Bay Packers last week. He could have another decent game against a Bengals defense that is allowing 249.8 passing yards per game in 2021, but he'll merely be a low-end QB2 streamer in superflex leagues if he gets another start.
