Lamar Jackson Expected To Play In Week 5
4 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (knee) missed practice on Wednesday due to a minor knee injury and sat out on Thursday due to a stomach ache, according to a league source. Neither issue is expected to be serious enough to sideline him for the Week 5 matchup against the Bengals, however. Jackson also returned to practice on Friday, further easing his fantasy managers' minds heading into Sunday's game. The reigning NFL MVP has underwhelmed through the air so far, but his elite rushing ability has saved him from a fantasy perspective. Cincinnati has failed to get much pressure on opposing QBs this year, which is good news for Jackson. He destroyed the Bengals in his two matchups with them last year and he remains a high-end QB1 this weekend.
