Ken Giles Nabs 11th Save Of The Season
6 years agoToronto Blue Jays closer Ken Giles allowed a hit and two walks in 1 1/3 innings during a 4-3 victory over the New York Yankees on Tuesday night. He struck out the side in the ninth inning to earn the save. Giles now has 11 saves on the season in 12 opportunities to go along with 1.19 ERA and 0.97 WHIP. While the Blue Jays rarely find the win column, Giles is a reliable closing option in all fantasy formats when he gets a chance to showcase his stuff.
