Kawhi Leonard Getting The Night Off On Friday
Kawhi Leonard (knee) won't play on Friday evening versus the Sacramento Kings. It's the second of back-to-back outings for LA, so the veteran will get to rest after playing 31 minutes in Thursday's meeting with Golden State. Norman Powell (shoulder) and Marcus Morris Sr. (elbow) are also out, while Ivica Zubac (calf) is questionable, meaning Paul George is the favorite to lead the way on the scoring. That said, Russell Westbrook, who scored only eight points against the Warriors, is a bounce-back candidate, with Mason Plumlee and Nicolas Batum also in line for an expanded role.
