Karl-Anthony Towns Ruled Out Versus Sacramento
12 months agoMinnesota Timberwolves forward/center Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) won't play on Saturday in Sacramento. The 28-year-old logged 33 minutes on Thursday versus the Los Angeles Lakers, finishing with 21 points. Unfortunately, he injured his left knee and left the court in obvious pain. Fortunately, it doesn't appear the injury is anything serious, although KAT could miss a few more games moving ahead. As a result, Naz Reid, averaging 13.2 points this season, should see more work, even if he doesn't enter the starting lineup, making him a must-start in nearly all fantasy setups. Kyle Anderson should also benefit, giving him streaming appeal in deeper formats.
