Cleveland Guardians first baseman Josh Naylor (side) remains out of the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Houston Astros. Naylor was scratched from Tuesday's lineup with right-side tightness and will take another day off. David Fry is getting the nod at first and will hit fifth against Astros right-hander Ronel Blanco on Wednesday. For now, fantasy managers should consider Naylor day-to-day. After an off day on Thursday, perhaps he'll feel good enough to return for the start of a series on Friday against the visiting Chicago White Sox. The 26-year-old left-handed slugger has been a must-start this year in fantasy, slashing .306/.346/.500 with 15 home runs, 79 RBI, six stolen bases and 41 runs scored in his 360 at-bats.--Keith Hernandez
