Jonnu Smith Could Have Another Excellent Season As Dolphins Lead TE
Jonnu Smith had the best season of his career in 2024. As a skilled yards-after-catch technician, Smith thrived in the offense with the lowest average depth of target (ADOT) in the NFL. Though most fantasy managers expected wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle to run the show, it was instead Smith and running back De'Von Achane, another great YAC threat, who were the stars of the passing game. Miami hasn't reinforced its offensive line much, and even lost elite left tackle Terron Armstead to retirement. They also lost tackle Kendall Lamm, who left for the Philadelphia Eagles in free agency. So it looks like the Dolphins offense could be strikingly similar to its 2024 form, which would help Smith be a great value in redraft fantasy football leagues and likely outperform his ADP yet again.
