New York Mets right-hander Jonah Tong continues to shine for the Double-A Binghamton Rumble Ponies. The 22-year-old flamethrower leads all of Minor League Baseball with 125 strikeouts across 78 2/3 innings this season. After starting the year as Baseball America's No. 75 overall prospect, Tong has quickly climbed the ranks. The Canadian-born righty holds a stellar 1.94 ERA and will be featured in the MLB Futures Game over the All-Star break. While Tong's MLB debut is likely on track for 2026, a banged-up Mets rotation and continued dominance from the phenom could force the team's hand as they battle the Phillies for the NL East crown. Fantasy managers should keep him firmly on their radar in all formats.--Shaun AlbinRead More News
