Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Jhoan Duran (oblique) might not require a minor-league rehab assignment. On Sunday, Phillies interim manager Don Mattingly said Duran might not need a rehab assignment before being activated from the Injured List. Duran was touching 100 mph during a successful bullpen session on Saturday. All signs are pointing to Duran being activated off the 15-day IL early next week. Brad Keller has been filling in as the closer in Philly, but his fantasy value will take a hit once Duran returns.--Andy Webb
