Jerry Jeudy Should Benefit From Return Of Courtland Sutton
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy went against No. 1 cornerbacks in his rookie season after Courtland Sutton (knee) suffered a season-ending injury in Week 2. Jeudy was able to bring in 52 catches for a team-high 856 yards and should benefit from Sutton drawing the attention of the opponent's top cornerback in 2021. However, the Alabama product also dropped 10 passes, with five coming in a Week 16 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Jeudy's precise route-running skills should allow him to get plenty of separation, but it's up to Denver's quarterbacks to get him the ball in stride. If the combination of Drew Lock and Teddy Bridgewater can improve over what Lock gave this offense last year, Jeudy should be well worth his current WR4 draft price.
