Jamison Crowder Doubtful To Make Season Debut
3 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder (groin) did not practice at all this week and is doubtful for Week 3 against the Denver Broncos. Crowder has yet to play this year after being on the COVID-19 list and due to an injury that he suffered late in training camp. The veteran slot man remains on the waiver wire in most 12-team leagues. Believe it or not, Braxton Berrios actually leads the Jets receivers in targets (18) through two games, with Corey Davis and rookie Elijah Moore tied for second with 12 each. Berrios should continue to benefit from Crowder's absence, but he's nothing more than a DFS dart throw in a tough matchup against Denver on Sunday. Davis, the team's top wideout, will be on the WR3/4 borderline.
