Jamal Adams Making Good Progress
2 years agoSeattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams (quadriceps), who suffered a season-ending quadriceps injury in Week 1 last year, is "making progress" this offseason, according to head coach Pete Carroll. "He's doing his stuff. We'll see him in the next week or so in person, so we're anxious to get connected with him," Carroll said. The 27-year-old still has a ways to go in order to be fully healthy by training camp and the regular season in 2023. The three-time Pro Bowler is one of the best run-stopping safeties in the NFL, but he hasn't played a full season in the NFL since his second year in the league in 2018 with the New York Jets. Adams is usually one of the most attractive IDP safeties for his ability to rack up tackles, but he's played in just 25 games for Seattle in the last three years due to injuries.
