1 year agoSt. Louis Blues goaltender Jake Allen will get the nod in net versus the Detroit Red Wings on Wednesday night. The 28-year-old last saw action in a 8-4 loss to the Jets this past Saturday in which he allowed two goals on 11 shots in a relief appearance. Allen struggled out of the gates this season but has slowly started to turn a corner in posting a save percentage of .909 or better in each of his past five starts. Despite coming into Wednesday's tilt with a 3.27 goals-against average and a .896 save percentage, he might be worthy of a start in most fantasy leagues.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
