6 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder J.D. Martinez (back) is out of the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Martinez left Thursday's game due to back spasms and is sitting his second straight game out here. Christian Vazquez will serve as the designated hitter and bat fifth versus lefty Ryan Yarbrough. Vazquez is quietly having a solid season at the plate, so he's worth considering in DFS contests on Saturday. Martinez is listed as day-to-day, so hopefully he can get out there on Sunday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
