Hunter Brown Tosses Quality Start
1 year agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Hunter Brown looked fairly sharp during his start against the Oakland Athletics on Sunday. The right-hander went six innings, allowing six hits and two runs while striking out four batters. The 24-year-old earned a quality start for his effort, but also was handed a no-decision. He'll carry a 4.19 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and a 122/35 K/BB ratio across 19 starts into his next outing versus the Tampa Bay Rays. Brown won't be as appealing of a streaming option for that game.
