4 years agoLas Vegas Raiders rookie wide receiver Henry Ruggs III, the 12th overall pick in April's draft, has plenty of fantasy upside, but there is also some potential downside that keeps him from being NFL Network's Cynthia Frelund's top projected rookie wideout. Ruggs lined up wide in 80 percent of his snaps at Alabama last year and had 10.5 yards after the catch per reception, which was third-most in the SEC among those with 30-plus targets. The 21-year-old is lightning fast, but he doesn't have a complete grasp of the full route tree. There is plenty of opportunity in his first season with the Raiders, though, and he could wind up being a WR3 for fantasy owners in 2020 because of his game-breaking speed and playmaking ability.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
