4 years agoThe Dallas Cowboys will give quarterbacks Garrett Gilbert and Cooper Rush repetitions in practice this week and pick one of them to start under center at week's end against the Steelers in Week 9, according to sources. Andy Dalton (concussion) missed last week with a concussion and will miss this Sunday's game after going on the COVID-19 list. One thing is certain: Rookie Ben DiNucci won't make another start after struggling on Sunday night against the division-rival Eagles. Rush is currently on the team's practice squad, while Gilbert arrived just three weeks ago. Gilbert might have the edge because he's already on the active roster, but we won't know for sure until later this week. No matter who is under center for Dallas this Sunday, they'll be a poor low-end QB2 streamer for the desperate in superflex leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
