Kansas City Chiefs Pro Bowl defensive end Frank Clark reworked his contract on Monday to stay with the team. His new deal is for two years and $29 million with upside to make $36 million. Clark initially signed a five-year, $105.5 million deal back in 2019, but now the Chiefs will have more salary cap space for the 2022 season. The 28-year-old has been a Pro Bowler in each of the last three seasons, but he had just 4.5 sacks in 2021 and has had declining sack totals since he joined the Chiefs. Clark has managed double-digit sacks in only two of his seven NFL seasons, and he's recorded a combined 10.5 sacks in the last two seasons. In 14 regular season games last year, Clark had 22 tackles (15 solo), four tackles for loss, 17 QB hits and two forced fumbles.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
