Ezekiel Elliott Expected To Return In Week 10

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said on 105.3 The Fan that he expects running back Ezekiel Elliott (knee, thigh) to return after the bye in Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers. Elliott is dealing with a Grade 2 sprained MCL in his right knee and a bruised thigh and sat out the Week 8 win, when backup Tony Pollard went off for 147 total yards and three touchdowns in the win over the Detroit Lions. Despite Pollard's impressive performance, the Cowboys continue to say that Elliott is their No. 1 back when healthy, even though Pollard has looked better for the second straight season. Depending on his health, Elliott could be in play as a low-end RB2 for fantasy managers if he's back in Week 10.
