Eddie Rosario On Bench Against Lefty In Game 1
2 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Eddie Rosario will take a seat for Game 1 of the National League Division Series against the Philadelphia Phillies and left-hander Ranger Suarez on Tuesday. Rosario only had 28 at-bats against southpaws during the regular season and had just four hits against them. The switch-hitting Robbie Grossman is getting the start in left field and is hitting ninth in the batting order against Suarez. Grossman hit much better against lefties than he did against right-handers this year, slashing .320/.436/.443 with an .879 OPS, one home run, 18 RBI, 15 runs scored and a stolen base in 149 plate appearances. However, he won't have much DFS appeal for fantasy managers in the nine-hole.
