Recent Update

4/16:Robbie Grossman hit leadoff for the Twins on Saturday as they took on White Sox southpaw Jose Quintana. Grossman had a big day, going 2-for-3 with a double, a run scored, an RBI and two walks. Grossman, a switch-hitter, has been much more effective against lefties over his career. That has remained the case in 2017, as he's hitting .333 against southpaws compared to just .250 against right-handers. While Grossman's splits make him hard to use as an everyday player in fantasy, he is worth keeping in mind in DFS when he goes against a lefty. That will not be the case today as he will face White Sox right-handed starter James Shields.--Matt Terelle - Rotoballer

  • @MikeBerardino: Early look at Sunday feature on #mntwins Robbie Grossman (2nd in AL OBP) and his less-passive approach to hitting.
  • @TwinkieTown: The Robbie Grossman pictures kill me.
  • @TwinkieTown: This is what happens when you tell a kid to draw Robbie Grossman and they have no idea who you're talking about.
  • @MikeBerardino: Mauer doubles off the wall in center, grossman drives him in with single. Tied at 3.
  • @RhettBollinger: Grossman comes through with an RBI single to score Mauer and the Twins tie it at 3-3 in the fifth.
  • @RhettBollinger: Back-to-back walks from Grossman and Kepler loads the bases for Chris Gimenez with two outs in the first
  • @MikeBerardino: AL walk leaders:

    Sano 16
    Grossman 14
    Kinsler 14
    Cain 13

  • @RhettBollinger: Grossman follows with a first-pitch single that just gets past Cabrera and Kinsler for a two RBIs. Twins cut it to 3-2

    3-2 CLE
  • @LaVelleNeal: Sac Fly by Kepler. RBI double by Grossman cuts Cleveland's lead to 3-2.
